Currently, Jana is a project engineer and manager at the ECQA GmbH®.

Andreas Riel

Andreas’ background is embedded systems engineering, with a strong focus on software engineering and mechatronics. He has more than 20 years of experience in automotive powertrain R&D and innovation management, with a focus on virtual and integrated methods for efficiency, quality assurance, and sustainability. His hybrid industrial-academic profile led to huge experience in innovation transfer from academic research partners to industrial application and vice-versa.
At the ECQA GmbH, he is project manager with a strong experience record in the creation and certification of skill cards for numerous domains, however in particular mobility, sustainability, quality and innovation. He is also an independent consultant, coach and trainer in these fields, as well as a habilitated associated Professor at the Institute of Engineering (Grenoble INP) of Grenoble Alps University in Grenoble, France, as well as a university lector at Dusseldorf University of Applied Sciences in Dusseldorf, Germany. He has authored and co-authored more than 120 peer-reviewed articles in international journals, books, and conference proceedings.
